Color Tour 2002  

Despite warnings of rain and sniper attacks, we decided to drive North to the mountains last weekend.  The trees were not as far along as we had hoped but it was nice to get out of town for the weekend.

  We drove along the top of the misty Blue Ridge Mountains.

In the foothills we came across a series of signs that you usually don't see in Michigan...

If only we had heeded their warnings...
