Nightmare on Elm Street  (1984) 

Four teens from Springwood, Ohio, are having nightmares about a guy in a red and green sweater with a razor bladed glove stalking them. One of the teens, Nancy Thompson finds out who he is, and after she sees all of her friends killed by Freddy, she enters his dreamworld and pulls him out of it and into reality, where she can kill him.
