Men in Black II 

Agent K has returned to civilian life while J is now the top MiB agent.  J has become disenchanted with MiB and his never ending search for a partner to replace K.  While investigating an alien on alien homicide, he uncovers a new threat to the planet.  Serleena, an evil Kylothian monster disguised as a lingerie model, is searching for something she believes was left on Earth, and only neuralized (memory wiped) K knows where it is.
